This policy outlines StayMonth's booking cancellation and refund procedures.
When a guest cancels a booking, refunds are issued based on the remaining time until the scheduled check-in date. Deposits are handled separately and are fully refunded upon cancellation.

※ Cancellation fees shall not exceed one month's rent.

If a guest discovers a critical defect that makes the property uninhabitable within 48 hours of check-in, they are entitled to a full refund of both the accommodation fee and deposit, regardless of the refund tiers in Article 1.
